R&D Strength

Fiber has successively passed the ISO9001 International Quality Management System Certification and GB/T45001-2020/ISO 45001-2018 Occupational Health & Safety  Management System Certification, owning 14 patents (refer to the relevant contents of "Technology R&D" - Product Patent "on our official website). In addition, Fiber has jointly worked out “Technical Specification Standard for Pultruded Fiber Reinforced Polymer Composites Structure” in cooperation with CECS and Tsinghua University.

In January 2021, Jiangsu Fiber and Nanjing Forestry University jointly established the "Biomass Composite Building Materials & Structure International Joint Research Center Innovation Base" and the "Postgraduate Joint Training Base". Jiangsu Fiboer Chairman, Mr.  Shen was invited by Nanjing Forestry University as an off-campus tutor for postgraduate students.

Fiber mainly produces FRP pultrusion profiles with various specifications and high performance, FRP fasteners, molded products, polyurethane bridge, threaded reinforcement, guardrail ladder, grating, PV support bracket 、FRP rockbolt, FRP rebar and other products, and can customize products and services for customers according to their personalized needs. We focus on total quality management (TQM) for product quality, process organization and personnel qualification, and strictly follow the ISO 9001 Standard for production. Our products are widely used in municipal gardens, maritime engineering, traffic engineering, environmental protection, PV new energy, construction engineering, agriculture and fishery， coal mine engineering and other fields, providing diversified technical solutions for various complex environmental applications.

Production and Office

Fiber has a modern production base covering an area of 10,000 ㎡ in Yancheng City, Jiangsu Province, equipped with a number of high-end FRP pultrusion production lines, multiple SMC / BMC hydraulic presses, punching machines, milling machines, drilling machines, row drilling machines, precision carving machine, CNC machining centers and other post-processing mechanical equipments, as well as sophisticated testing equipment. In addition, Fiber has set up a R&D and marketing center in the 5A class A office building in the CBD business district of Nanjing City, Jiangsu Province, dedicated to providing services to customers at home and abroad.
