Polyurethane Cable Tray for Highway

ertSince the 1970s, FRP composite materials have been used in bridge engineering, they are generally used in bridge cables, prestressed tendons and the entire bridge system. The use of this material can make the bridge corrosion resistance, high strength, and light weight of the structure. In this way, the seismic capacity of the bridge is improved. The application of this material can make the bridge corrosion resistant, having high strength, light weight and better shock resistance. The use of this material in the reinforcement of old bridges can reduce the processing cost and the construction is more convenient. Moreover, the interval period of reinforcement in the later stage will be significantly increased. Project cases:Daoan Expressway Tunnel Support Project in Guizhou Province

Project Overview:

Dao’an Expressway is the third vertical line of the “678” network of Guizhou’s expressway planning. The project starts at Fushouchang at the junction of Daozhen County in Guizhou Province and Nanchuan District of Chongqing City, via Daozhen, Zheng’an, Meitan, Yuqing, and in Weng

Lujiazhai in Anxian County is connected to Guixin Expressway.

It is understood that the total length of the project route is 248.118 kilometers, of which Daozhen branch line is 6.081 kilometers.

A total of 162 bridges with a length of 53641 meters; 53 tunnels with a length of 47164 meters; 14 interchanges with a cable length of about 25.4 kilometers.

Design Overview

There are 53 tunnels on Dao’an Expressway, using the mining method. The tunnel’s advanced bolts use FRP bolts instead of traditional iron bolts.

Project Overview:

The total length of the Huai'an Hyundai Tram Phase I project is about 20.3 kilometers.

The whole line is a ground line, with 23 stations in total, with an average distance between stations of 923 meters. The total project investment is 3.5 billion yuan.

The monolithic track bed uses glass fiber reinforcement (GFRP) instead of steel bars in part of the track circuit section.

According to the track circuit installation requirements provided by the signal professional, the monolithic track bed is now required to use glass fiber reinforcement (GFRP) instead of steel in some track circuit sections. The specific requirements are as follows:

1、In the track circuit section, equal-strength glass fiber reinforcement (GFRP) is used to replace the steel bars. The ultimate tensile force of the glass fiber reinforcement is 480Mpa, the elongation at break is 5%, and the longitudinal lap length of the glass fiber reinforcement and the reinforcement is 0.7m.

Project Overview:

The Olympic Stadium Suning Plaza project belongs to the second phase of the landmark building of Hexi CBD. It is located in the center of Hexi CBD. It covers an area of 32,900 square meters with a total construction area of 460,000 square meters. It is invested and developed by Suning Real Estate Group.

The main structure of the project has 88 floors and a height of 400 meters, which will refresh the current record of the height of the main structure of a skyscraper in Nanjing and become the "first building in Jiangsu".

Project cases:Diaphragm Wall Project of Nanjing Weisan Road Crossing River Tunnel

Project Overview

The Weisan Road Crossing River Tunnel Project is located 5km upstream of the Nanjing Yangtze River Bridge, connecting the main urban area of Nanjing Jiangnan and Jiangbei Pukou New District.

The tunnel is constructed by the shield method, and the length of one excavation is 4140m.

The excavation area of ​​the foundation pit of the shield receiving end shaft is about 400m2, the perimeter of the foundation pit is about 80m, the excavation depth is 29.5m, and the safety level of the sidewall of the foundation pit is Class 1.

Design Overview

The foundation pit adopts an underground continuous wall + internal support plan. The maximum depth of the underground continuous wall is 45m. In order to ensure the safety of the construction of the shield machine in and out of the tunnel, the tunnel area uses GFRP bars instead of steel bars.
